TASAF III FINAL RESETTLEMENT POLICY FRAMEWORK

TASAF III funded activities will be in accordance to this Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) which is in compliance with the  laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and Zanzibar and the  World  Bank  Operational  Policy  4.12  (Revised  April  2004).

Resettlement Policy Framework: The RPF is prepared to establish resettlement and compensation procedures, implementation arrangement, criteria for identification of Project Affected People (PAPs) and resolving disputes.
